Then you need to backup all files and database to external hard drive or you may use pen drive to avoid any accidental cause like crash hard drive, fire , sky-lightning, and other causes. To secure your business data I recommend you to back up every day. If you are using Internet then not to worry about back up. Every 4 hours a back up will generate automatically and will be sending to your previously specified email id. If you want you can setup back up frequency.

Should I able to take backups from computer?

☻ Yes, every website, blog, forum or web application will be well programmed to backup automatically and manually both. Automatic backup will be available when you will use Internet. But in case if you don´t use any Internet connection then you need to use external hard drive or pen drive to backup your data. It is highly recommended to backup at least once per day, more backup means more secure even it depends how much data will input and output per hour.

Reason is the application have not made only for you. So you may get lots of feature which is not necesory for your work. On other hand, if one option be added in the application, your working environment would be more liable. Thats why ‘customized application‘. The application will be made only for your work. Infuture if need, you may add some more function in it. And yes, you don´t have to invest every year for renewal for it. That means you have to invest one time money for the customized application for life time.

☻ That depends on your file and other working environment. I use free and paid both servers. Both servers will send you hourly backup, so don´t need to worry about your data. But if your data is very secure I prefer to use paid server. So if you give me any server I will setup the server and will back to you with working environment. And if you want me to buy a server, you are also welcome.
